Where We Pass Through (Work in Progress)
This is work in progress, which traces the thresholds and margins of Norway, spaces that exist between the monumental and the everyday.
The work tries to reveal a quieter geography, and considers how we dwell in the intervals, how meaning accumulates in the spaces we pass through but rarely pause within. These are places of suspension and possibility, back stairs, side paths, the uncertain edges where landscape meets habitation. In focusing on what lies between, a deeper sense of place emerges, one that exists not in destinations but in the movement between them.
